Contact & corrections

Tell us when something looks wrong. The catalog improves on every email.

Submitting a correction

The single most useful message you can send is a documented correction. When you write to us, please include:

  • The exact company name and the URL of the page you're correcting.
  • The detail you believe is wrong (frequency, payday, pay period close, disbursement method).
  • The detail you believe is correct, and a description of how you know.
  • If possible, a citation we can verify — a public job posting, an employee handbook excerpt, a contract appendix, or a screenshot of an internal payroll calendar with personal information redacted.

Email corrections to corrections@payperiodhub.example. We do not currently operate a public-facing form; that's a deliberate choice to keep correction quality high.

Press and media

For media inquiries, including data licensing or expert commentary on payroll-cadence trends, email press@payperiodhub.example. Please include your outlet, deadline, and the angle of the story.

Removal requests

PayPeriod Hub publishes only aggregate, organizational pay-frequency information about large public-facing employers. We do not publish individual compensation data, employee names, or any other personally identifying information. If you nonetheless believe a listing should be removed, email privacy@payperiodhub.example with the URL and the basis for the request.

What we cannot help with

We are not a recruiter, payroll service, or labor lawyer. We cannot:

  • Tell you why your specific paycheck is late or short — contact your employer's HR department or your state department of labor.
  • Pass on a job application to any employer listed here.
  • Provide salary or compensation benchmarks.
  • Comment on pending litigation or labor disputes at any individual employer.
